Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of Capafy AI and its creative tools. They are written in plain language and do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The service
Capafy AI is an online creative workspace that gives access to AI image and video generation models. Models, capabilities, availability, output quality, prices and processing time can vary. Capafy AI does not promise that every request will succeed or that an output will be error-free, exclusive or suitable for every purpose.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not create accounts or submit content for children, and do not use another person’s account without permission.
Your inputs and rights
You keep any rights you have in your lawful inputs. By submitting prompts, images or video, you instruct Capafy AI and its service providers to process them only as needed to provide, secure and improve the requested service. You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and any consents needed for every person, image, voice, trademark and other material you submit.
Acceptable use
Do not use Capafy AI to violate law, infringe rights, create sexual content involving minors, exploit or harm people, create deceptive impersonations, bypass safeguards, distribute malware, scrape the service, interfere with other users or submit content you do not have permission to use. We may restrict or remove access where needed to protect people, rights or the service.
AI outputs and third-party brands
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing or relying on them. AI may produce inaccurate, similar or unsuitable results. Do not present an AI output as real evidence or as an endorsement by a person or organisation. Any reference to a third-party brand, model or trend is descriptive only and does not imply affiliation or approval.
Credits, subscriptions and payment
Credits, plan allowances, renewal dates and prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe. A subscription renews on the schedule disclosed in Stripe Checkout until it is cancelled. You can use the billing portal available from your account to manage an active subscription. Credits are a service balance, not cash or a stored-value account, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Refunds and cancellation
Our failed-generation handling and payment support process are explained on the Refunds page. Consumer rights that apply in your location are not waived by these Terms.
Contact and changes
For support, payment questions, intellectual-property concerns or policy notices, email support@capafyai.io. We may update these Terms by posting an updated version with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
